About Us

Our CEO Joshua Juarez is an 18-year seasoned expert in audio video automation and residential energy management industries. He came to understand the need for turnkey power solutions, more than most, while he was engineering and deploying large residential av and security systems. When solar PV systems were fairly new, it was difficult to find a company capable of truly deploying a turnkey solution, leading him to solve the problem by opening True Texas Solar. Being a devoted husband of 17 years and a father of two beautiful, talented, smart children, he knows renewable green energy is necessary for their's and future generations. When Josh is not working or teaching his children, you may find him in the music studio jamming on various instruments with his kids, or outdoors where the whole family enjoys activities like camping, fishing, biking, hiking, stargazing etc.

Our CFO Rege Dawson has over 30 years of experience in Instrument & Electrical Control System Design for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Engineering. He prides himself on hard work and doing it right the first time. His standard is always to place customer satisfaction first and foremost. When it comes to renewable green energy, we love the excitement Rege brings to our team and we too share his beliefs that “green energy is the future, and the future is now!” Rege was born and raised in Conroe TX and has over 100 years of family history here. He is the proud father of three wonderful & beautiful daughters and two awesome grandchildren. Some of his favorite pastimes are being outside working in the yard, fishing, and playing golf.

Our Office Administrator, Jordyn Juarez, is first and foremost a wife and mother of 2 awesome children! She is devoted to homeschooling her family and personalizing their education to create a solid smart family unit. She is able to practice this lifestyle in her work life as well, by helping many companies over the years, from the inside out become a stronger team unit. Jordyn has had the pleasure of being involved with some of the industry’s largest audio-video companies managing their accounting, purchasing, and databases. She loves to take her family camping, hiking, and biking, as well as getting her hands dirty in the garden. Sustainable gardening is extremely important to Jordyn and her family unit. She is passionate about eco-friendly and greener alternative ways of life. That is why she is so excited to be a part of True Texas Solar and the love we have to empower our clients to be the difference in the world!
